A light moment with my Guruji Ustaad Raheem Parwaaz Khan
I have started going to Hindustani Classical (Vocal) classes very recently. My search for a good classical music teacher or Guruji ended after 10 long years, thanks to someone very special, without whom it would have never been possible. I feel God came in the form of that person and gave me this, but I never knew he will take this person away from me.. why does it happens, when you get something you end up with loosing something too.. If God will come again, I will ask him to revert this exchange back..........
Till He comes, I need to learn to live with music as it makes me feel the presence of that person ..
My Guruji Ustaad Raheem Parwaaz Khan, himself is another God to me. He is pretty old, may be 70 years old, but the energy and passion for music he carries, is just unmatchable. I am still in Bangalore just because of him... He is a genius, I wish I would have found him 10 years back...
He bought me Harmonium, and I have learnt playing Sargam (raag Yaman) on it now :)
